Pishtazan-E Kavir Isatis company in Yaz- Iran decides to hold an international seminar in the field of his activity in high level and prestige .Everybody has his right to try to reach his success and for reaching his goal choose the best choices. We came to this conclusion that Mr. Brian Tracy is the best choice for our company to reach the success as a goal .what is your suggestion? Do you think that our choice is wrong?

Every country has got its own regulations. The problems that occurred in both country (Iran n& U.S) don’t have the same solution. But for every activity there are legal authorizations that we could prepare all authorizations in Iran .what did you do for preparing the legal authorization for Mr. Brian Tracy?

From the beginning of our communication till now there are some paradoxes that the process of cooperation faced some problems. We did Some part of our communication with Mr. Victor Riseling , till that we could sign the contract between our company and Brian Tracy's Company. And Mr. Victor confirmed it.

Later we communicated with Mrs. .Taya Waterhouse for preparing the visa .simultaneously as you were doing the process of getting visa for Mr. Brian Tracy as we had sent the necessary documents we also decided to take necessary action in Iran for preparing the visa.

Now here there is an ambiguity that must be clearly explained. The code and authorization number which was sent to your embassy by our friends in tourism agency (Mahoor Gasht Bastan) .this agency is active and well-experienced in Iran.

Your office sent us a short email mentioning that this code or authorization number is invalid while there is a point here that at the time of informing this code to you this tourist agency could get the visa for 13 tourists to come to Iran with no problem.

Please give us this right that we be sad and angry with you.

Your next email made the problems more sophisticated from two points: the time of sending the emails simultaneously and secondly the paradoxes about the subject of the emails. Which one should we accept and believe? The code which is invalid or U.S government disagreement about issuing the authorization or issuing a legal authorization that an American citizen cannot participate in Iran for presenting a lecture.

There is an interesting question here: Is Mr. Brian Tracy an American citizen or a Canadian citizen?

Certainly we know that he is a Canadian citizen and he just has an American passport and we know this well.

And we both know that the regulation in a company is just for citizens not other people who are not citizens.

From our point of view and according to the present international rights Mr. Brian Tracy is a Canadian citizen not an American citizen.

Short and to the point we are looking forward to hearing from you soon to solve these ambiguities and if you don’t answer to our ambiguities we will follow next actions as below:

1. Not any more through email

2. Our next following will be done according to the regulations of both company based on behavioral and commercial international rights.

3. And finally we will solve these problems from the point of judicial rights seriously to find our real and right nature, respect to our company and our country regulations and also brightening our guests' opinion that are sad about this disorder.

4. For both parts we will witness better behavioral and commercial future respecting all principle rights.

Finally this company P.B.N.Co. is responsible to hold the seminar just with participation of Mr. Brian Tracy whenever you date a time .nevertheless Mr. Brian Tracy decides to do something else apart from our expectations.

The second part of our opinions is wishing the bests for Mr. Brian Tracy and his friends. At first as we were waiting just for Mr .Brian Tracy as mentioned in the contract but now we are waiting for both Mr. Brian Tracy and his friends in Iran as our thanks giving.

Once more we are looking forward to hearing from you soon .
